That much I got, just need to know what to buy. I have seen a lot of conflicing info and nearly every wok thread refers to large eggs.Hotch said:Wok Shop, that should do it.

This is a 12" carbon steel round bottom with metal handles in a Small Woo:

Or specifically this: http://wokshop.com/store/detail.php?show=37
If you have the Woo with handles I hear the handles interfere with this size (or bigger) woks. You might need to just put the grid on the fire ring and use a wok ring to hold your wok. I've used a 14" wokshop cast iron wok on my small with Woo (without handles) with no issues.XL, Large, Small, Mini Eggs, M&M BBQ Texas Smoke King, Shirley Fabrication 24x36 Patio, Humphrey's Weekender, Karubecue C-60, MAK 1-Star General, Hasty Bake Gourmet, Santa Maria Grill, Webers: 14" WSM, 22.5" OTG, 22.5" Kettle Premium, WGA Charcoal

Hmm. worst case scenario I'll cut the handles off my Woo. Thanks for the feedback. Glad I didn't go ahead and order a 10"XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum

What length Chuan or Hoak?XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum

I have a 14" carbon steel as well as a 13" paper thin cast iron wok (in pic). Don't use either as often as I should. For my wok "stove", I use an old, rusty Weber chimney starter with a wok ring. Keep meaning to buy a nice new one, but...
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I don't see my chuan on their site but it looks like this one is geared towards a 12" wok: http://wokshop.com/store/detail.php?show=507
You don't want a chuan that is too long as the shape and width of the "blade" won't match the curvature of the wok very well. If in doubt on what to order, call the Wok Shop and Ms. Tane or her brother Randy can guide you to a set that will match your wok.

I ordered both the 12" and the 14". I got a wok ring just in case and picked up a bamboo cleaning thing, a chuan and a hoak.Looking forward to learning to stir fry!XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum

Howdy. This may not be helpful to you @Thatgrimguy, if you have already ordered the gear you need. My current setup for the small egg is a wok ring on a lowered grid, then the wok from World market. I don't recall the size, but I can measure my wok when I get home, if you like.Hotch said:Maybe @Caliking can chime in and give you some insight.

That would definitely help. I got the wok ring just so I have some options. In fact, I also have a turkey fryer. Maybe I'm better off using that.caliking said:
