Beef Back Ribs

Went on at 12:30 at 225 after spending abt 18 hours in marinade of Jim Beam, soy sauce and a few crushed cloves of garlic. Rubbed with Stubbs beef rub.

I love beef ribs but the ones at the local stores all look like they've been pick over by buzzards. Very little meat and the meat between the bones has been notched out, probably for burger meat.Those look good.

I have a set in the freezer I am thinking of cooking, but I would like the ones MJH did. I'm going to check with a few of the other stores and meat places in town. They both look good MJH and Necessarylndlg.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

You've got to find the fresh ones that have never been frozen.
