2nd attempt @ ÀPL Prime Rib
Our neighbor asked if he paid for the food would we be willing to make a prime rib. I was planning on spending the day making something on the egg anyways so prime rib it is!
My neighbor and my wife both said it was the best prime rib they had ever had. I'm not quite sure if it was the best, but it was damn good.
