Memorial Day Weekend Babyback Rib Cook

Nothing too fancy, but I'm taking pictures this time, so thought I'd share.


Costco cryovaced babybacks, prepped with Plowboys and just a touch of Montreal Steak for about 3 hours before I started. Plan is for a modified 3-2-1 (more time in the indirect phase and less in the foil)

Currently foiled. Will be served with Potato Salad. Can hardly wait.

Came out pretty good. A bit blurry, but a clean "bite"! Great flavor.

Yours' look amazing!Got some St. Louis stye ribs on the egg right now, going turbo so they should be done in about another hour. Will post some pics when they come off.DavidBBQ since 2010 - Oh my, what I was missing.
