Entertained last night and did pizza's for my second time on the egg, flawless. I have never made anything so easy that turns out so well before. Everyone said I could sell them. I even created a signature pizza I'm calling "The Ken" LOL.  Plate setter legs up, stone directly on the grate. Multiple pizzas and no burnt crusts. I'm loving this thing just for the pizza oven aspect.

    I'm not a photgrapher I'm a cook LOL......I took some but they looked so much better in person. This is "The Ken" LOL.......Pizza sauce, roasted red pepper and cheese sauce, sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, mozzarella and provolone. Looked a lot better in person .

    I never took a pic of a food item in my life. Not once. Until I signed on here. And even now, I don't mention it to anyone else... "Wait. You took a picture? Of a pork chop?!"  LOL

    Pie looks delicious!

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
