Handy little tray

Was given this tray at the Salado EggFest by Photo Egg and not tried it out. I put onions chopped up in my hamburger meat and want cooked onions as well for the bun. This thing works well on the Mini.

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

I have a similar pan/tray that I use to cook veggies in. I bought mine at Lowes.
