Dead Guy Sauce

If you don't like todays sweet as sugar bbq sause which i hate, this is the way to go. Pulled pork sandwiches its a must have. I plan on using it on everything i use sauce on especially pork and expect ti to be as good as the pulled pork. It's a little thin but that's ok. In fact i think it would double as a maranade.

Thanks for the review.  On my list to try.

I prefer a thin sauce.  My go to for pulled pork is a vinegar based sauce that is very thin and not sweet at all.  I buy it from a local bbq joint.  Haven't perfected a recipe yet to match it.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Glad someone finally tried this stuff! I've mentioned it several times, always with the best intentions, but I still haven't gotten around to it. Sure LOOKS tasty! Glad you liked it.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

There is still some sweetness to it but thats what i was looking for just a touch of sweetness. i simmered most all the apple sider vingar out of it by letting it simmer for over an hour. you that like a vingar base sauce i am sure if you let it simmer for only 30 minutes it would probably suite your taste

Only if you want it to be. The sauce is homemade.
