Beef Ribs are whats for dinner...

So this is my first shot at beef ribs. I have been lurking here for a while about them and I decided to bite the bullet and try them. Rubbed them with Swamp Venom and put them on indirect at 250 until IT is 200ish. Wish me luck. Trying to unload photos but do not know how on here. Can anyone help me out?

No help with the pics but what follows is a great read on beef ribs:
http://amazingribs.com/recipes/beef/BBQ_beef_ribs.html His site is a wealth of Q information. I don't look at temp with beef ribs but run for 3-4 hours at 250*F on the dome. Great meat pull back and tender and time to eat. FWIW-

What kind of beef ribs are you cooking? Back Ribs, Plate RIbs, or chuck short ribs? I love them all.

Also doing beef back ribs tonight turbo at 350 degrees raised indirect. EVOO and Dizzy Dust rub with some apple wood. 1 hr. bone down , flip for 30 minutes , flip and sauce (Sweet Baby Rays) for last 15 minutes. Spray every 30 minutes with 50/50 apple cider/apple cider vinegar. Excellent!GeorgePalm Beach Gardens, Fl and Blairsville, Ga.

I love beef ribs. They are quite fatty sometimes so be prepared for that. I have actually trimmed individual ribs after cooking to remove big hunks o' fat. It's worth it IMO...very tasty and they channel your inner caveman.To post pics there are a couple of options. The easiest option is to click the "Attach a file" link below the area you are typing and then you can select a file and attach it. If you hover over the file there is an option to "Insert Image" into the body of your post.The other option is to use a photo hosting service like Photobucket or Google+, then you can copy a link to the image using the "Insert Image" button on the top toolbar.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

All it says when I try that is "Uploaded file type not allowed". What do I do?

Well I can honestly say beef ribs are my new favorite meat! Beats pork ribs by a long shot! I reccommend anyone to try them. When I learn to post pics I will do so.
