Dome Thermometer My Need Calibrated

I'm cooking a raised direct meatloaf and my dome temp is about 330, but my raised grid is ready 410. I think its time to calibrate it. Its been on for43 minutes and is at 138. Taking it to 160-165. Getting good buzz on cigar too. Will post meatloaf later.
