@tulocay ... This was originally a food prep table at a local Pizza Hut we used to service. The top is NSF. The catch pan would have been used as they made pies to scrape waste into the catch pan to keep the work surface clean. And then periodically they would dump it into the garbage. The catch pan was missing so Todd (fabricator) made one from the SS shelf that was removed to fit the egg in the table.
