Pineapple BBQ Sauce Recipe?

I'm looking for a recipe to add to my arsenal and was thinking of doing something with pineapple. Does anyone have any good recipes out there? I've been searching the web but thought this was the place to turn for the best advice.

Grilled pineapple is one of my favorite things, and it is very simple to prepare.  Here's what I do:

Pour 1.5 Cups of dark rum (Myers) into a small bowl

Add 1/2 cup of golden brown sugar and mix completely

Cut pineapple into slices - I don't bother coring (some do)

    Soak pineapple in rum/sugar for 1/2 - 1 hour

Season one side with with Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head rub

Throw on grill at 375 - 400 for 4-5 minutes per side. Season other side after turning

Enjoy!!  Every bit as good the next day.
