    @Monty77  those wings do look awesome.  I may stick with 3:1, but adopt your coat and re-egg method.  I pulled mine off and ran them through ss bowls of different types of sauce (buffalo, bbq, and asian).  They all got hoovered down, but if "firming up the sauce" on the wing tastes as good as it looks, it'll be a huge winner.
    It's a 302 thing . . .

    Looks like my kind of place, next trip I will check em out.  I wish it was this October, but Eggtoberfest keeps falling on our Canadian Thanksgiving, so after ditching the family for the past two years to go to Atlanta, this year I said I would remain home.  Might try some other eggfest closer to home?
