Juicy Lucy Pizza Burger ???

These were outstanding. Using my inexpensive burger stuffer I made Pizza Burgers. Combined 1lb of Italian sausage, 1lb Hot Italian sausage, 1lb lean ground beef, and 2 tsp of minced garlic for the burger. Inside is WHOLE milk mozzarella, shredded, 4 slices pepperoni, tablespoon of pizza sauce. Sprinkled the outside liberally with dried Italian seasoning and Holland Grills Carolina seasoning. Burgers cooked indirect 350. Mozzarella melted on top. Finished with a dollop of pizza sauce on top. Served on an onion-poppy seed ciabatta roll. These burgers are huge, 1/2lb plus cause that how the stuffer makes them.
