Is this a good price for brisket? I can purchase it locally so no need to pay $65 for shipping on line.

For Waygu yeah, at least for me. That's 5 bucks less per lb than online for me(averaging shipping in)

I would. $7/lb is what I pay here at my butcher and it's definitely not Wagyu.
