I have been making them for 10 years now, they are one of my favorite dishes, and when ever we are in Spain that is my favorite dish to eat their.

Plate setter??? Blasphemy!!! OK - I guess there are as many ways to cook as carter has pills. Keeps your Paella pan shiny, but doubt it does much for the saccarat.Santa Paula, CA

I used the plate setter and it worked great, but next time I am thinking I will do it on a raised grid.
