An engagement dinner

Well I pulled the trigger last night and popped the question and I got a YES! I grilled some 1.5" New York strips for some friends and a chicken breast for a "friend" that doesn't eat steak... I don't claim her... The steaks were pretty good but I just straight grilled them, I would have preferred the tRex method

Congrats! Get a good counselor and do about 5-6 good sessions with him/her before the wedding. It'll pay off in the long run.

Congratulations!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

Did you get the yes and then cook the steaks or cook the steaks and the get the yes? You need to sure she is marrying you for you and not just your BIG Green Egg! Congrats! This will be 34 years for me this year and it's been the best decision I've made followed closely by the decision to go with the XL!XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE
