My dealer called me with a price today!!! Kind of a shocker!!!! $4700 plus tax. That's an egg, nest, handler, and plate setter!!!! I would love to have one but don't think I can justify it!!!! And they are several months out!!!

I actually have 2 xl's, a large, and a small but when I seen that XXL I thought I had to have it!!! Hell, I think I changed my mind now!!!!

Well, unless you have some item that really really needs a 29" grid, wouldn't you rather have 3 XL's that you could be cooking on with 3 different temperatures if necessary? Two XL's is 904 square inches of cooking surface vs. one XXL at 672 square inches. I don't get it. Surely the guy meant $2700?The Naked Whiz

We had one at the Sunshine fest and it took 5 of us to get it out of the van. It weighs about 450 pounds and the distributor said is was going to retail for about 5K. Impressive to look at but don't need anything like that in my backyard.

I did not they make a XXL BGE. My cousin says he likes his medium because it takes less lump. I got the large because I love making BBQ for my big family. I wonder how many chicken breast and short ribs can you fit on that monster.

The owner will need to be in decent physical shape to lift the p.s. and ceramics out alone. Can you image having to lift that beast into a table or up a flight of stairs to a beach front condos balcony area etc.? $4700 is the price of an XL here in Canada... Lol .. just joking ... No I'm not ... Yes i am ... Plus 13% tax ... ouch
