Trimmed a couple of butts for a two unit potluck at work tomorrow. Cracklins and Gatorade for breakfast, reserved lard for the new diet. Let the egg settle in for a couple of hours at 260 and hit the roadie for 30 miles. Came home to 280, flipped, and added a little water to the pan.  Too damn easy.

Pork shoulder is $3/lb here, ________ (insert profanity)

    Watched the Boston Marathon yesterday. When it was over, I took the bike out for 26.2 miles. :) I beat his time... but not by all that much.

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    Weather has been spotty thus far.  Only been out a few times this Spring.  Putz'd around on a local military base, Arsenal Island today. 

    Snow is in the forecast later this week.

    You got some nice butts there Focker, I'm sure the co-workers will be quite thankful. Porks around here from Sam's have gone from 1.68 per pound to 2.48 per pound, prices off everything has been going up like crazy!
