Reheat directions for the neighbors?

I gave a buddy of mine at work a half rack of babyback ribs wrapped in foil. I told him explicitly not to use the microwave. His response was, "so whats the best way to warm them up?" I thought about this for a moment and realized that I had no idea.

I ended up telling him to leave it foiled and throw it in a 325 degree oven for 30min. How close was I?

Does anybody have any simple time/temp/preparation recommendations for reheating brisket, ribs, chicken, pulled pork? If it involves dutch ovens, vac sealers, or sous vide then it is probably too complicated for me to pass on.
Gittin' there...
