Chicken and SpaPeggy

Did a Spatchcock chicken last night and the wife threw me for a loop and came home sick so she wanted Chicken Noodle soup. I whipped that up for her and used some of the chicken. Today she wanted my famous Chicken and Spapeggy (King of The Hill reference). It's just basically your grandmothers casserole when Campbell's soup promoted all those cream of something soups.
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 block of velveta cheese
1 can of Rotel
Lots of mushrooms
Spaghetti noodles
And shredded chicken
Cooked in direct at 325 for about 45 minutes. Wife was way happy she calls it her comfort food

SpaPeggy was just meatballs and noodles. That's more of spaghetti pie. And randy Travis DID steal her song.

Haha, I think years ago we the wife and I were watching that episode and eating this dish at the time. So my wife always calls it that now all the time. And Randy did steal her song.
