Tonight's Dinner

Chicken thighs stuffed with Parmesan cheese, chopped kale, and spaghetti squash. Inside of the chicken was dusted with S&P and the outside was dusted with pepper and garlic salt. Some were wrapped in proschuto and some weren't. Didn't have enough for all of them. These were delicious!

One of our grocery chains has boneless skinless chicken thighs on sale for like $2.50 this week. I have a ridiculous plan for Easter dinner. Stay tuned. Nice job!
