First spatchcock chicken a success

Thanks for the info guys. I originally wanted to do the beer can but decided to try the spatchcock. Even impressed the ol lady and a couple of friends. I will definitely do it again soon. Temp around 400 for 1.5 hours. Tastes great. Now time to pull Bubba through today and tomorrow!
