SWMBO asked for Spatchcock. Ask and ye shall receive. Picked up a two pack of yard birds at Sams Club. Spatchcocked, EVOO, kosher salt, cracked medley pepper then dusted with some cajun spices. And then just a good ole dressed up romaine lettuce salad. Yard bird is on with cherry chunks left over from last brisket and WGWW lump. 375℉ raised direct. Listening to some CCR, Skynyrd, Rush etc on the radio enjoying a cold one. Even the yard bird says High Five Friday ;-). Enjoy your Friday y'all.
