Unplanned Rib Cook

While sitting in church this morning my phone was blowing up but I couldn't answer. I was wondering where my neighbor/buddy was because they are always at church on Sunday. Turns out he was blowing up my phone asking if I want to smoke some meat. (Be doesn't have an egg yet. He just bought a new house and after eating off of my egg, he plans on buying one when they get moved in).
Now I'm smoking 8 racks of ribs for him. He has forced me to drink beer and smoke a cigar. That bastard!
for those of you that want to see the grid extender in action on an XL, here it is.

Looks good. What kind of ribs do you have there? Also interested in your rack, it holds lots more than my rib rack wouldXLBGE, Small BGE, Homebrew and GuitarsRochester, NY

@Cookinbob they are baby backs I think. They were strange. Very bony at one end and only a few bones at the opposite end. The ones on the top rack don't have enough bones to stand up in the rib rack. The rib racks aren't anything fancy. I bought them at Lowes last summer. They stock them year round. These racks were cut in half to fit better on the egg. Tr top rack is the grid extender that was in the group but last summer.Mark Annville, PA

Skillet cornbread just went on. Neighbor left some ribs so I thought I'd make some cornbread to go with the ribs.Mark Annville, PA

As a result of today's unplanned cook I've had 8 beers and done nothing all day. It was a good day.Mark Annville, PA

Here are pics of the finished cornbread.
The ribs were ok. My neighbor gave me some to keep. I've done better but his prep and rub was different than what I usually use.Mark Annville, PA -
I feel so sorry for you, drinking beer and smoking ribs, hope your arm is ok after being twisted like that.
