Last night I decided to do my first flank steak with some zucchini squash.  I first sliced the squash length ways and coated with EVOO, balsamic vinegar, garlic and onion powder, rosemary, and fine herbs.  Threw those on raised direct at 375 for 12 min flipped and went for another 10 min.  I dusted the steak with DP cow lick.  First time using this rub.  Wasn't too bad.  Brought the egg up to 550 and threw the steaks on for 3 min, flipped, 3 min, flipped, 45 sec, pulled.  Came out a little more rare than I like, but the wife likes it that way.  She also like sauces to dip meat in so I whipped together an aioli for her.  After this cook thinking a definitely need to go get a Thermapen and a CI grate.imageimageimageimageimage
