need help, safe temp to pull fresh homemade burger?

ground some chuck roast yesterday and made burger today, it's cooking and approaching 100F, what's the lowest safe temp to pull 'em? everything has been kept chilled all the time. Help needed fast!

I go 150-155 internal on burgers although usually I just go by the look, feel, and time. Guessing you already pulled them. Hope they were delicious.

Thanks for chiming in. I think FDA recommends 160, of course that's for store bought frozen patties. Pulled at 140, it was not dry but next time I'll probably pull at 130-135.canuckland

FDA what do they know. Go 130 and you should be good.
