Spare Ribs for Supper last night......

Been wanting to try ribs with no foil for a while and I finally did today. I always use the 3-2-1. Rubbed these down with Ployboys Yardbird and finished with a homemad BBQ sauce the last hour. Cooked 225-235 for 6ish hours. Wow, these were fantastic. Didn't know you could get them this tender with no foil. Wife still raving......
