A little surf and surf !!

I have been in the mood for some seafood and went a little overboard at the HEB, Mahi Mahi, Colossal Shrimp and Scallops.

I have dusted the Mahi Mahi with Adams Jerk, wrapped the shrimp and scallops in bacon and will glazed the some World Harbors  Mango Island marinade,  And some Stuffed bacon wrapped jalapenos.

I am going to sear then on the Lodge cast iron griddle, at 550 direct.  Post Picts to follow
