Two spatchcocked wild ducks rubbed with EVO, salt, pepper and garlic powder. peppers were cored, added a pat of butter, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Ducks are smaller and don't have the heavy fat layer of domestic ducks. Didn't find one piece of bird shot in them either.
