I put a but on this evening and I've decided to go at it without the aid of my maverick. The egg is stabile and I am off to bed. Hopefully when I wake up in the morning she will still be rocking. Have a good night everyone!

    Well just got up a few minutes ago and everything seems like it went fine through the night. The egg was sitting at 225 so I bumped it open a notch before I go into work for a bit. My wife has to work at 930 so I will have her check the vitals and report back to me before she leaves.

    Had to come home from work to add more charcoal as i said in my "BLOWBACK" post but the crisis was averted and everything seems to be going good. I have wings marinating in Bourban that I will do on the large tonight to go along with the pulled pork.
