Great recipe for pears

On the How to Boil Water show yesterday, Tyler & Jac made a pear dish that looked easy & sounded really good, and could be easily adapted to the BGE. I have way too many pears and haven't gotten around to my chutney project yet, so I thought I'd make it last night to serve with ribs (which were my very best effort yet!)! The guys went nuts. This is definitely going to be part of my repertoire.... JCA

Did you serve this WITH the ribs, or after? I have had pears several ways as a dessert, but never with a meal. This sounds really good.
