Restaurant using Big Green Eggs in Salado

Salado restaurant "The Shed" uses a couple of Big Green Eggs. Most cooking pulled pork. If we can get them down to the Salado Fest bet more food would be cooked.
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
