Cleaning out deep freeze today and smoking some chicken legs and leg quarters I've had food savered for a little bit.
First beautiful day here in Mississippi. 65-70 and sunny!,!
Brined for 2 hours in rub and salt. Then rinsed off and rubbed. Now on egg around 300
