Rib question

Cooking Spare Ribs tomorrow. Deciding on 3-1-1 or 3-2-1. Any suggestions?
Also I have a 40 minute drive after cooking to dinner destination. Can I wrap them again and place in cooler or should I shorten cooking cycle due to travel?
Thanks

I do 3-2-1 on spares. Great choice for game day. Go heels!!!

You can FTC for travel no problem.

I like cooking spares. I use 3-1-1 as I have found 3-2-1 often is too much cooking time. Considering the drive plus load up and unload, I would do 3-1-1 and the carry over cooking will make for some good ribs.
