New sausage table........... No pics

I just got a call from my supplier that my new SS table is in and getting delivered on Monday.

We have finally finished our rec room and the furnace/mechanical room is quite large so I made a space for my sausage making area instead of the upstairs kitchen. I can now mount my stuffer to the table so SWMBO doesn't have to help, she only like the end result.

Sounds good! Do you have water and a drain? I have room in my water/electrical room but no way to drain. I may get one of those under sink laundry pump systems.

We use those here and there at our lab. They're fine for light use.

I've used them for basement laundry rooms before. It's just for washing stuff down.
