My little girl who's now grounded for turning eighteen (lol) wanted a party which we will be having tomorrow the following is her menu choice all Pam and i have to do is make it all.
18 - Pizzas various toppings all made on the XL Egg with home made dough
12- pounds of pulled pork (roughly) served on the side BBQ sauce and Carolina red sauce
6-pounds sliced hot roast beef (might be excluded)
4- pounds buffalo chicken dip
potato salad , pasta salad , cole slaw
chips , pretzels , soda ,water
adult beverage's for those over 21 ( immediate family )
and a few other appertizers like kielbasi, cheese platter i'm sure forgetting things

Will be interested to hear how you kept the egg hot through 18 pizzas. I've cooked 5 before and by the 5th, it struggled to get to and maintain temp.Good Luck!

I find the coffee to whiskey transition a little rough. Coffee, H2O to fully hydrate then commence drinking at a professional level.
