Has anyone taken Pork U from BBQ1 in Marietta, GA?

Just wondering, i have looked at it for years and thought about taking it but I have never heard anything from anyone that took it. Love the BBQ at his store.

I have not taken the class, but I agree with you, they do have very good BBQ there. How can you go wrong with tater tots as a side?

Their mac and cheese is incredible also plus they have had like 5 employees leave and start their own places. I saw an article on the 10 best BBQ joints in Atlanta and all of them were on the list so he must be doing something right.

I've had a few friends who have participated in the class and had nothing but great things to say about it. Judging by how fast the classes fill up, Sam must be doing something right. From what I've heard, you start the day off at the crack of dawn at his farm, cooking breakfast items and by the time the day is over you've cooked all the major types of BBQ and you have hopefully sobered up enough to find your way home. I've been pondering the class for the last couple years, but have never pulled the trigger.
