With all the snow and ice lately, haven't fired up the Egg for almost 2 weeks.  This is what it looked like a couple days ago

Finally cleared a path, and fired it up last night for some pizza.  My Egg cried tears of neglect after being heated up.  Seems like some moisture made it's way into the ceramic, and mixed with the grease inside, started sweating gunk.

Did a clean burn last night, and wiped it down this morning.  Picked up some nice Wet Aged Angus Tenderloins, about 3/4 pound each.

About an hour before getting ready to cook, a big snow squall came through and dumped a couple of inches of fresh powder.

Fired her up and CI seared the steaks.

A little garlic butter to finish them off.

Add some Garlic Cheddar Biscuits, a baked potato and some Green Beans and we have a meal.
