Update...
We still have power. My inlaws got it back earlier today. My mom is still staying with us, and my sis & bro inlaw and nephew are still in the dark.
Had everyone over for a pot of chicken matzo ball soup and the pulled pork. Currently have a big pot of Sunday Gravy on the stove for tomorrow night when I have everyone back over for a good meal. Will likely do some baked pizza dough bread on the egg along with some extra Italian sausages for the meal.MSV Chill Spot

I have to admire the diverse foods you described - chicken matzo ball soup and pulled pork and gravy! NOT SAUCE - Gravy. Good for you.

We are just up the road from you in Exton Hap. We lost power at about 6:45am on 2/5 and are still without. Pretty lucky as we have a gas cooktop, fireplace and hot water heater so I have a heat source, can cook inside and take hot showers. My parents got power back yesterday so I am borrowing their generator to keep the freezers frozen and power some lights. Still a mess for a bunch of people though and I feel blessed to not have had any trees hit the house or cars and have the setup I do at the house. Lots of people weren't as fortunate.

@hapster does that gravy freeze well? Sounds very good.
Not to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol is a solution...
