38 Days to Salado Reminder

Did a little research and the dish we are making will be Rogan Gosht. Rogan Josh is a mild Kashmiri deal and I hate Kashmiri chili. Ghosht is a south Indian dish and uses red and green long chilies onions and tomatoes as well as goodle real Indian chili powder along with whole masala, hing, green cardamom, clove, coriander and cumin powder, fenugreek, ginger garlic paste, hing and curd. I'll bring some frozen lamb stock so we can use boneless meat. The Texans will be crying in their beer.

I don't care too much for kashmiri mirch either. I'm guessing you're looking at a Hyderabadi-style recipe?

@caliking-I would advise some stand-off distance around @Mickey and perhaps a few other characters who seem to have gone submerged and undetected for a while but likely will surface in Salado. I wish I could see this show "live and in color".

@caliking I think it's south Indian. My little buddy Sassikumar told me how to make it and that is what I've done at previous fests. Sorry I'm watching the Leafs game.

whole point is to cook and have a good time. As we get closer to March, we can coordinate what to bring etc.

About a 3-3.5hr drive. Quite scenic and a nice trip. Almost impossible to not have a good time.
