Cooked 44 of these these on a raised grate at 350 indirect.  Used frozen mini meatballs for the core - much easier prep than Pig Shots.

Sauced at 45 minutes done in an hour.  Off to the party!

    Those won't last long unless the party is for 2-3 people.  I took some over to a buddies house last night during the UFC fights as a thank you for having me over.  Intending for them to be served today for the Super Bowl.  He and his wife had most of them gone before the second fight started.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
