What temp did you pull them off at?
Cooking on a XL BGE from Allendale, Mi. -
The one in the back was at 205 in a couple spots, 200 at a couple others. The front one was at 198-202 in the areas I probed. I normally go for 195-200.In Manchester, TNVol For Life!
