Pulled Beef/Pepper Stout Beef Weight Loss After Cooking

Hi,
Roughly how much weight loss can expect in a beef chuck roast used for pulled beef or pepper stout beef after cooking? That is, if I start with a 4 lb raw chuck roast, roughly how much cooked meat will I end up with (ball park)? 3 lbs cooked meat or so?
Thanks!
Jimi

I have cooked this many times. I never gave much thought to it, but I don't believe I had a 25% loss in meat.

Well if chuck is 80/20, there would be 20% fat in it. I imagine you would lose some water too, so I would guess somwhere around 15-20%? Never measured it though.

Damn, I read this as I could eat the recipe and lose weight by eating it after I cooked it.
