Important: Is that more beer, or did you just add cardboard?

I boxed it up to store it in the spare room. I'll check the first one in about two weeks to see how the bottle conditioning is going and how well it carbonated. I really hate the waiting part, but at least I have a little more than a case left from my last two batches. Gotta have a pipeline going of beer on hand. Next up is a bourbon barrel porter.buzd504 said:Important: Is that more beer, or did you just add cardboard?

I hate bottling so I keg it all but when I do bottle, I like to force carb and then bottle from the keg. That way you get nice clear beer. But if you don't have a keg system, obviously that won't work. What was the grain bill etc? Just curious since I won't be anywhere near the serving. I brew a tonne so I'm always curious what else folks are making.Mt Elgin Ontario - just a Large.

Always wondered how that "gin" tasted that they made in the swamp. Always wanted to build a small still myself... Hmmm...Cleveland, Ohio
