Storing Spices/Rubs outside

I am getting sick of having two cabinets wasted due to spices and rubs and digging through both to find the one I am looking for. My idea is to build a hanging spice rack for the kitchen. I was thinking of building a smaller one for my egg table that could be stored in the cabinet then taken out when I am using it. In the spring/summer/fall I like to do most of the prepping outside if possible because I have a smaller kitchen. Do you think it would be a good idea to store the rubs like Dizzy Pig and other similar products outside? They would be inside the table so they would not be out in the elements. I'm at work now so I can't look at the jars to see if it says how to store them. Just thought I would ask before I start the process. Thanks
