Anyone have success cooking a brisket sous vide?

I've thought about it when I get one. I have heard of ribs done this way and then cooked hot on the egg for finishing.

It is definitely the easy way to get it done. I cook frozen steaks at 200f after searing them, this would be no different really, just kinda something I use to make fun of my brother for when he would boil his ribs before cooking them. But I also make fun of him for using ketchup to make BBQ sauce, I'm just a ****. My buddy is a chef in NYC and when I showed him my method for the steaks, he brought up the same point about sous vide.
