Beef Back Ribs vs Short Ribs
NJ_BBQ
Posts: 137
Looking through the forum I see most posts simply say "beef ribs" while a few posts specify back ribs or short ribs. Can someone help me understand the difference and if I would prep or cook them any differently from the other.
Thanks

I think you can assume when someone says beef ribs they mean beef back ribs. If someone is using short ribs they will specify short ribs.
If I am wrong I am sure someone will correct me.

I just did a rack of beef back ribs pretty much following the amazingribs instructions, and they finished in just under 3 hours. Not bad. I still prefer baby backs...but for a time, I kept buying these any time I found good looking ones on sale...and I still have some in the freezer.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
