No time honored traditional recipe, simply ingredients we like cooked in the wok. You should have seen Armageddon when I threw the beef into the hot oil! Talk about a flare up.

That's getting it hot!Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

what temp were you running? Maybe a dumb question considering the dome is up...... lolreason i ask is because I didnt get my wok hot enough the last time i fried rice. The results were that great.XL BGEJoe JRBaltimore, MD

No idea. Freaking hot. Oil boiling hot. Huge flare up when the oil splashed hot. Red spot on the bottom of the wok hot.GATABITES said:what temp were you running?
