Baked Sweet Potatoes

I'm going to try my first brisket Saturday night into Sunday morning, ready for some playoff football Sunday afternoon.  I'd like to bake some sweet potatoes along with it, but I'm not sure about the timing.  I'm planning to do the brisket around 225.  If I put the sweet potatoes directly on the grill (no foil), how long do you think they'll take to be finished?  If all goes well I'll have the brisket off and wrapped in a cooler for a couple hours or so before the buddies come over, so I'm thinking they might not even need to go on until after the meat is already off the Egg?

Thanks in advance.....

Med sweet potatoes take 1hr at 400. 225 may take a few hours.
Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Last weekend I made Hasselback sweet potatoes. Baked at 350 for about an hour and 15 minutes until soft. I don't have a pic of the finished potatoes, but after they were soft, they were spread with a mix of brown sugar, melted butter and nutmeg, making sure some went in between the slices, and then topped with mini marshmallows and back on the Egg at 450 for 10 minutes until the marshmallows browned. Fantastic
