BGE or Primo XL

Hello everyone and Happy New Year! I am new to the BGE Forum and joined to get some information before making a purchase. I am intrigued by the oval shape of the primo. But i don't see where the shape offers a huge advantage over round. With the cgs adjustable rig oval grates, you can easily fit slabs of ribs. My neighbor has a primo and honestly the taste of our cooks are comparable. But, when it comes time to feed a crowd my egg can hold more meat due to the adj rig. Plus, their forum is dead compared to this one.
